SmileCode Dental is pleased to accept all insurance policies. We work together with you to navigate the complex subject of dental insurance so that you fully understand the coverage and requirements of your insurance plan. While it is not possible for us to know every detail, limit, or exclusion involved in all the plans we deal with, we promise to assist you as best we can in navigating your insurance coverage. We ask that you bring your dental insurance information with you to your first appointment so that we can guarantee accuracy when dealing with your insurance company. Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all, of the costs associated with your dental care. It is ultimately your responsibility to provide us with up-to-date information regarding your insurance policy.
We are pleased to offer direct billing to our patients. This means that we can submit a claim to your insurance company so that you do not have to, and we only bill you for the portion that is not covered by insurance. We ask for a valid credit card number to keep on file so that any portion of your treatment that is not covered by insurance can be charged directly to your credit card. Our office prides itself on providing a very high standard of dental care at a fair and reasonable price.
